Our Home is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Luxury Home with 2 Master Suites and a Sparkling Swimming Pool & Luxury Spa. With around 2400 square feet of living space including a Games Room, it boasts the most up to date ideas in modern living. The main Living area is Open plan with a large Family Room and Dining Room which opens out and joins in the Kitchen with beautifully crafted Wooden Cabinets in modern colors and design. All 4 Bedrooms have walk in closets and the 2 Master Suites have private bathroom. The Family Room as Cable TV, Nintendo Wii and a DVD Player for those relaxing evenings after the busy days in the Parks, Leading on to the deck area where you can enjoy the Pool & Spa. All Bedrooms are tastefully furnished for your comfort. All have Cable TV and a DVD player in each room. This is Truly a Home from Home and you will leave after your holiday feeling relaxed, refreshed and wanting more.
Master Bedrooms - Both have - Cable TV & DVD Player, Four Poster Beds, Telephone (in Main) & Clock Radio, Bedside Cabinets and Table Lamps, Dressed to impress with Luxury Bedding and Fabulous Pictures and Bedside Lamps
Twin Bedrooms, Both have - Twin Beds & Bedside Cabinets and Table Lamps, Dressed to impress with Luxury Bedding and Blinds, Cable TV & DVD player. We've also added a PC and a Sony PS2.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, Ceramic Hob, American Style Refrigerator, Waste Disposal Unit and Microwave Oven, Toaster, Liquidizer. Just right for creating those family meals if you so wish. The Breakfast bar is ideal for the early risers before you hit the parks. Most people don't go on holiday to cook, but you will find it a pleasure to cook a meal the American way.
Laundry Room - Automatic Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron. You never have to worry about your clothes getting creased on the inward journey. Saves packing those Travel Irons
Dining Room - Beautifully Crafted Dining Table and Chairs for those romantic Dinners or Family gatherings. Thanks Giving, Christmas or a typical Sunday Lunch, you will find the surroundings just perfect for these occasions.
Family Room - Large Spacious Room for you all to gather and talk about the days events. TV with DVD Player and Nintendo Wii, Sofa and Arm Chairs, makes for the perfect setting. Relax and watch some TV while the kids splash around in the pool. Watch a Movie or just chat about what you are going to do next, you will feel relaxed and at home.
Bathrooms - All tiled wet areas, All have Showers and the Master and 3rd Bathroom have full Baths. The main Master Bath has a Roman Style Bath Tub. No rushing around waiting for the bathroom to become free, you have your own, no wet towels left on the floor, the toilet seat as you last left it and powerful Hairdryers are also included in the master suites too!! How great can things get.
Swimming Pool & Spa - Our home as a Swimming Pool and Spa with Patio & Extended Deck Area. The Pool is positioned so that the sun is in the pool the majority of the day throughout the summer months. The Patio Area has luxury furniture for your pleasure, laze in the sunshine or just laze by the pool on an evening. Leading straight from the Family Room and the two Master Suites. The Pool is completely Screened to keep out any bugs but still enables you to tan should you wish. Enjoy a relaxing evening in your very own Spa and unwind with a nice cool drink. Waxed Myrtle hedging makes sure that the rear of the pool has some privacy and helps eliminate any breeze.The villa is South Facing and stands on a corner plot. The pool can be heated if required and usually reaches Temperatures of 78 to 84 Degrees Fahrentheit, the Spa on the other hand can reach Temperatures of 96 Degrees Fahrentheit **
